MFA Financial, Inc. (“MFA”) issued a press release, dated February 20, 2020, announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, in conjunction with the announcement of its financial results, MFA issued additional information relating to its 2019 fourth quarter financial results.
